DESCRIPTION:
We retreat to the autumnal mountains of the Central Eastern Alps in Austria.
To let pass, to observe, to recharge.
Under professional guidance of mountain hiking guide Johannes Malchow and
teacher for internal martial arts and meditation practitioner Nicolas Knipping
we invite you to meditate with us from
15 – 22 September 2024
at Klostertaler Umwelthütte.
Located above the Silvretta reservoir, at the foot of the Piz Buin glacier, the selfsufficient
stone house offers us the best conditions to walk into inner quietness.
In the seminar you will learn Taoist meditation techniques as well as Qi Gong
exercises from the Wudang mountains of China, which will help you to balance and
harmonize your mind and body in a grounded way, to practice introspection, deep
contemplation and to throw off some of the ballast of the year.
Delicious vegetarian meals will be provided. There will be periods of noble silence,
without talking.
Mobile devices, as well as laptops or cameras, are not allowed during the retreat.
Smoking or any other drug use is not allowed.
Weather – and winter proof clothing and good shoes are required!
Be prepared for a colorful weather palette.
